Upgrade 2.5

I recently upgraded to the newest version of Wordpress 2.5. I am enjoying the new fresh look of it, plus a bunch of the new features. Though there is one new feature that is giving me troubles. I am unable to upload any sort of Media. I have searched the wordpress.org forums for support and it turns out there are a bunch of other people with the same problem…

Actually forget what you read above. After many many trials and errors for trying to solve the above problems I finally found a solution that works for me. I just had to add something to my .htaccess file by turning mod_sec off. It works now. I am going to go and create a gallery now! :) Woo Hoo!

I do recommend updating to the newest wordpress. It has all sorts of fun additions to it, plus the new look is fresh, but very differnt and it will take some getting use to.

If anyone need some help upgrading their wordpress I am able to help them out!

Earth Hour 2008

My regular visitors should notice today that I “turned the lights out” on my blog. This is a gesture to raise awareness of a worldwide energy conservation effort called Earth Hour.

On Saturday, March 29, 2008, Earth Hour invites people around the world to turn off their lights for one hour – from 8:00pm to 9:00pm in their local time zone. On this day, cities around the world, including Copenhagen, Chicago, Vancouver, Toronto, New York, Melbourne, Dubai, and Tel Aviv, will hold events to acknowledge their commitment to energy conservation.

I’ve turned the lights out. Now it’s your turn.

Snowing?

Umm, I thought it was Spring already. Why are there fat snow flakes falling down to earth? We just had easter, why did the weather suddenly decide it was not finished with Winter and start to snow yet again? You are even deciding to let the snow stick on the ground! What are you thinking…. At least I have not put away my snow gear and warm winter clothing.
