I am trying my best at Menu Planning. If I have it written down, then perhaps it could lessen my stress from when I get home after work trying to figure out what there is to eat. Not to mention saving money as I am planning on buying everything for the week during ONE grocery shopping trip. Not trying to figure out what I want to eat, then heading to the grocery store on my way home after work to pick something up.
I happened to come across OrgJunkie
s Menu Plan Monday and I thought it would really benefit me and my boyfriend. Not to mention her website is pretty fun to read as well.

Everything is going slowly with the unpacking. I would love to take some pictures of my new place and show it off, but honestly. There are way to many boxes in every nook and cranny and of course the giant pile that is right next to me. I did manage to go out and purchase a dish drying rack, and some shelf liners. Our kitchen is slowly making its way into becoming a real life kitchen. It is so cluttered and organized it is driving me crazy, at least I can see an end in sight.
Once I get paid, and if I have enough left over I am going to finally get around to buying this dresser from Ikea. All my clothing are still in boxes and I am just diving my hand into them in hopes of picking out something nice to wear, or matching socks. I am really looking forward to a little more organization in my life.

Oooh I seriously like that menu planning idea. I am such a loaf when it comes to cooking and to think I actually used to enjoy it. Maybe something like that would give me some motivation.
Unpacking always sucks. I would definitely take photos despite the clutter, then you can look back when you’re finished tidying up and see how much work you did.
