Happy Canadian Thanksgiving everyone! In an hour or so, I am heading off to my mom’s house for a delicious thanksgiving turkey dinner! I have just finished making cranberry sauce. It seems to be my thing every year. I made it once a few years back and since then everyone seems to be wanting me to make it had have my recipe. This year, it is a little differnt, simply because well… I could not find my original recipe that I use every year. Hopefully it does not turn out to bad. It looks good an smells great.

While I was over at the grocery store picking up the cranberries and a orange. A man had stopped me and asked me if my name was “Aidan McG…..” I said I was, then of course he then says “do you recognize me?” Well I obviously did not know who he was, as he was also with a small child about 4 years old. I did not recognize the child so.. I have no idea. Well I told the man I did not know. Then he told me he was my grade 7 teacher “Mr. P” .. Wooh, it has been so long well over 10 years, and yet he recognized me in the store. Perhaps I have not changed, or it could have been that I still live in the same area I grew up in, and well dress the same as I did back then (baggy sweater and jeans) …

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I’m off to hop into the shower then check on my cooling cranberry sauce. If it works out, then I might just add the recipe to my website so I can find it easier next year and to share it with all of you.

I just wish I had one single egg left. I want to make Peanut Butter cookies as well.
