I have finished my 500 experience hours to obtain my Early Childhood Education. My boss wrote in our communication book that she will write the letter of reference for me this week. I am so happy, finally the end is here and I have accomplished something major. Though I am not going to knock myself down because I could have had all of the requirements finished three years ago. Ooh well, better late than never!
Once I receive the letter from my boss stating how many hours I have worked (451hr) I will then mail out my school transcript, my two letters stating the hours worked totaling over 600hr, a copy of my criminal record check, and a copy of my first aid certificate. I will then have to wait 4 - 6 weeks for my Certificate in Early Childhood Education to arrive. It is a fancy piece of paper from the government stating that I am capable of working with children in a safe and able to develop developmentally proper activities.
Such a relief.

lol, I’ll add you to my links section as well
I’ll be dressing up as a zombie for halloween, I love this holiday! My co-teacher and I are going to be doing halloween stuff with the kids all week, even though our current project is Zebras
At work I’ll probably dress up as a bunny or to amuse the kids paint my face like a zebra.
It’s so hard to come up with a costume, good luck! You’ve only got one more week

Wow congrats on the whole thing. Proud of ya! Just stumbled on your page and thought I’d say hi at least before leaving. I’m in this program that I take every Tuesdays it’s called the PATCH program here in Hawaii it’s “People Attentative TO Children Hawaii” and it helps us with getting our license for Child Care services and i’m actually looking forward to this class. And this is totally probably not in the direction you are talking about but… with that being said I have a few girls in my class takes these courses just so they could get help being certified I guess. But i’m going for this program because I want to open my own day care. I’d love to be a pre-school teacher or something though. So, good luck with your career. I’m sorry for the ’so far beyond the topic’ wordings here

Hi Aidan -
Oh yeh that does so a lot similar. Well, i’m going for my license to open a daycare. I’m anxious to open it. But of course it’ll take time. I’m still taking the classes for it. I’m actually heading to class tomorrow for another session. Oh wow. I can learn so much from you. I’m definitely adding you to my affiliates. IF that’s okay with you. I just had my daughter and i’d LIKE to work from home and spend more time with her. I actually wanted to open my own day care from when I graduated high school. ALrighty,… take care.

I know this doesn’t have to do with this entry, but your theme kicks booty. Congrats on the end of all your stuff, what an accomplishment!
