I have been sitting at this computer for hours now, yet I have not accomplished anything. I wanted to try and tweak/design my own theme again. I have lost the ability to. I think I just get too side tracked and keep looking up more pre-made ones, and other various website to give me ideas. I am getting ideas alright, but deffinitly not any that I can actually see here on my own website. I guess I am forever doomed on using awesome pre-made ones. Perhaps tomorrow I’ll try again when I am not so tired as it is currently 2am.

My 4 year anniversery is coming up this weekend. I am curious to find out if Bryan is going to remember. He did mention it a few weeks ago and how he thought it was a “magic number/special year” and said it was our 5th. He got me all confused, but I know we have only been together for four years now. They have been a great four years. We have grown both so much in that time both in our relationship and individually. Now I just dont know if I should mention anything to him tomorrow about it. Just see if he remembers on his own. I have tried hinting that we should have a really good dinner (roast beef, salmon, tacos, etc..) something that we always love and enjoy but of course never make as often as we should. He did’nt really take to my hints. Ahh well, I’ll just have to see what he has planned, if he has anything planned.

I am too broke to get him any sort of anniversery gift. I wanted to buy a Wii and use my tax return money, but I hav’nt recieved it yet as well as that I need to save it for this summer when I am out of work and completing my last course, basically I am saving it to pay rent.

The other day me and Bryan were surfing the mls.ca website, when we saw this condo property for sale. We practically fell in love with it, excellent price, good location, great condition, etc. We ended up taking note of the address and jumped into my car at 9:30pm and took a 30min drive out to the building location. It was lot of fun, we even drove around in the area taking realator names and numbers down so we can search for the properties on the mls.

After a bunch of talking, we are not totally sure if we want to buy right now, but we both know we do want to buy property. We first need to figure out what type we want. Another condo? House? Apartment? Townhouse? Two story home or one? Strata or not? So many questions and decisions to make.

We do have the option of buying what we live in right now, which would be fine with me as it is in an excellent location and with the real estate industry as it is right now and all the major developments that are happening practically down the street, this area already is the “it place” to live. I dont know how soon all this will come about, just that it feels good to be talking about these things. I would also like to get out of the place we are in now and have something that is “ours” not something that reminds us of Bryan’s parents (who we currently rent from)
